  22. line 5 = Full pathname of USERS file

  24. line 6 = Number of users to reward
  25.  
  26. line 7 = Number of security level table entries
  27.  
  28. line 8 = First security table entry
  29.  
  30. Security table entries are in the format
  31.    NORMAL BONUS
  32. where
  33.    NORMAL is the normal user level and
  34.    BONUS is the level assigned to reward a top uploader.
